When the suspect approached the counter to purchase an item he had his pants pulled down in the front with his shirt over top of them. As the suspect was paying for his drink, the suspect pulled his shirt up revealing his genitals to the cashier. As the cashier was taking the money the suspect again pulled his shirt up revealing his genitals to the cashier while rubbing himself. The suspect was last seen driving a late 90s Honda Accord, white in color traveling on HWY 21. He is described as white male, around 35 years old, short hair (balding) dark in color (black or brown) with some gray, a full beard and mustache with gray on the chin. Suspect was last seen wearing a dark green or gray coat with red lining, a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
