Dear Celebrations Customer,
Thank you for your interest in announcing your special occasion in the Statesville Record & Landmark. If you will print out these forms they should help you prepare your announcement, and also show what the various sizes of announcements look like.
You can type the announcement using the forms as a guideline and email it to me at news@statesville.com, attaching your picture to the email, or you can mail the forms back with your picture and payment or you can fax them back to me at (704) 872-3150 and bring in the photo.
Please return the forms (or email) and picture and make payment by no later than 4:30 p.m. the Monday two weeks prior to the date you wish the announcement to appear in the newspaper. Your print date will be determined by the date I receive these items complete.
If you desire to purchase additional copies of the newspaper containing the announcement, which must be picked up at our office within three weeks of the date of your announcement, please add $4 to your order for 10 copies or $8 for 20 copies, and either call (704) 873-1451, ext. 4404, between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon and 1 to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to make payment over the phone, or you can mail a check along with your forms to:

A date for your announcement can be assigned once we receive your picture, write-up and payment.
At any rate, please supply an email address to which I can send the proof for your final approval before printing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you'd like your picture mailed back to you, please supply a self-addressed stamped envelope. Otherwise please come by to pick it up.

The Statesville Record & Landmark receives birth announcements from local hospitals, including Davis Regional Medical Center, Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and Iredell Memorial Hospital. For larger announcements which include the baby's picture, please contact our Lifestyles Editor.
Birthdays
