Rep. Foxx pushing bailout oversight

U.S. Rep. Virginia Foxx reintroduced legislation to the newly seated 111th Congress on Tuesday that would make it difficult for the White House to get its hands on the second half of the $700 billion in rescue funds Congress approved last year.
