Ten Mooresville High School students have been charged in a case of spray-painting vandalism at Lake Norman High School.
The students, all minors, were charged with misdemeanor injury to personal property stemming from an Aug. 23 incident in which buildings, the parking lot and a piece of heavy machinery were spray painted at Lake Norman High, Capt. Darren Campbell of the Iredell County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.
Campbell said damages totaled approximately $2,000.
The students, all athletes at MHS, were identified through video surveillance.
Campbell said a court date for the students, ranging in age from 15 to 17, is pending.
