GRANITE QUARRY - Down 3-1 at halftime, North Iredell regrouped in time to save its bid for a North Piedmont Conference title.
The Raiders scored four unanswered goals in the second half to beat East Rowan 5-3.
Keenan Watson and Tony Mendoza both had two goals for the Raiders (13-5, 9-2), who entered play Monday tied with Statesville for the conference lead.
Roger Vargas added a goal as well, a backbreaker early in the second half that made it 3-3 and deflated the Mustangs.
Vargas had two assists as well, and Watson and Mendoza also finished with an assist each.
Travis Laws finished with 12 saves for North.
North Iredell wraps up the regular season Wednesday at West Rowan.
