Lions roll to 9-0 win in season finale

Statesville Christian wrapped up its regular season Monday with a 9-0 thumping of Gaston Day.

In six singles matches and three doubles matches, the Lions lost just eight matches.

Leading the charge in singles were Madolyn Essary and Kayla Revelle, who both won 6-0, 6-0.

Diana Castano, Ali Burgiss and Kristin Marchese each lost just one match in their singles victories.
