The Mooresville volleyball team suffered a tough 3-1 loss to Lake Norman last week.

But Mooresville got a pretty big win afterwards — the coin toss.

After the team tied for third place in the I-Meck, the Blue Devils won the toss and grabbed the No. 3 seed.

The big advantage is that Mooresville would not have to play unbeaten North Meck until the conference tournament championship.
