I-77 roadwork scheduled in northern Iredell through Friday

The NC Department of Transportation advises motorists of roadwork on Interstate 77 in northern Iredell County.

Mile Marker 61 to 65, Northbound:
Crews are working to patch existing roadway around the clock until Friday evening. The expected traffic impact is low.

Mile Marker 60 to 57, Southbound:
Be alert for slow or stopped traffic within the work zone, where crews are resurfacing existing pavement, building shoulders and placing pavement markings. The expected traffic impact is high, and work is scheduled until Friday evening.
