Have you ever wanted to sell food at a festival but thought it would be too hard to acquire the necessary permits? The Mecklenburg County Health Department will be at Davidson Town Hall on March 19 at 6:30 p.m. to talk about food vending issues at public events.
This is a chance to find out all necessary requirements and exemptions to sell food in Mecklenburg County. Profit and non-profit organizations will leave this educational session with a better understanding of what is required to obtain a Temporary Food Permit.
Non-profit organizations who wish to sell food at an event sponsored by Davidson Parks and Recreation will be required to attend this meeting. Register at www.d-recs.org or 704 892-3349.
