Katie Lamm sank a pair of free throws with five seconds left, and Statesville Christian emerged with a 41-40 victory Saturday over Cresset Christian.
Lamm was awarded a trip to the charity stripe after being fouled on a putback attempt. She finished with a game-high 16 points to go along with 10 rebounds.
Abby Baity added 11 points for the Lions (3-2).
