Individual tournament on horizon for North wrestlers

North Iredell's wrestling team will take part in its first individual tournament of the season Saturday at Watauga High.

The Raiders are coming off an impressive performance in their first dual-team tournament. Last weekend, they finished 4-1 at Hickory, with their only loss (41-27) to 2A power West Lincoln.

Travis Hamilton (5-0), Jacob Tutterrow (4-0) and Roger Vargas (5-0) are undefeated in their respective weight classes.
